Agreement Overview

This Dealer User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the National Tackle & Outdoor Distributors dealer portal and wholesale services. By creating a dealer account, you agree to all terms outlined herein.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible for a dealer account, you must:

• Operate a legitimate retail business
• Provide valid business registration and tax documentation
• Maintain a physical retail location or e-commerce presence
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age

Account Responsibilities

As a dealer, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure all account information remains current and accurate
• Use the portal only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all pricing and resale restrictions

Credit Terms

If approved for credit terms, you agree to:

• Pay all invoices according to agreed payment terms
• Maintain your credit limit and payment history
• Accept that credit terms may be modified based on payment performance
• Pay interest and late fees on overdue balances

Product Usage

Products purchased through National Tackle & Outdoor Distributors are intended for resale only. You agree not to:

• Sell products below minimum advertised pricing (MAP)
• Export products without authorization
• Modify or alter products in ways that void warranties
• Misrepresent product origins or specifications

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. National Tackle & Outdoor Distributors reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of this Agreement, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
